This is a basic cooking class. We will be talking about knife skills, recipe timing, pots and pans all why cooking delicious meals.

We will be cooking three-four different entrees using seasonal veggies, meats, poultry and fish to make easy, delicious meals for one or for the family. This is a hands on class with recipes at the end of each class. We will eat all the food we make.
