Homemade pasta to make Cacio e Peppe, lasagna and ravioli with special sauces, meats, spinach and homemade ricotta cheese. We make homemade red sauce and white sauce and stuffings for the ravioli. This is a hands on class where we make the food, eat the food and take home the recipes.
In this class we will bake gf cookies, muffins, breads, and make cauliflower pizza. Each class is hands on and recipes are given out at the end of class.
Curries, pad thai, Minced chicken lettuce cups, pork fried rice.
Homemade salsa, NM green chile chicken Enchiladas, Spanish rice, calabacits.
Lentils, olives, capers, veggies, tons of spices and fresh herbs used in this class. Its tasty and good and all healthy vegetarian.
This is the second fish class and you don't have to have taken the first fish class. Salmon En papillote, seasoned trout fillet, fish and chips all will be cooked in this class.

This is a great class if you love LEMON desserts! Lemon Meringue pie, lemon cake with homemade lemon curd, lemon ricotta cookies. This class is taught by CE Laird and I will be making a lite dinner before the sugar high. Come hungry!
Sometimes you want something fast and delicious but out of the ordinary. You will leave this class with new recipes to please the whole family! Come hungry! Caramelized bacon, waffles with fried chicken, Broccoli Gruyere cheese, hollandaise sauce with asparagus.
