All kids classes are hands on. Kids must be at least 10 years old to participate in class. This is a cooking class where we will make Baked ziti with Italian sausage, Cheesy bread and cream cheese brownies
In this class we will be working with Insta rise yeast to make Dinner rolls, Naan, and Focaccia breads. As the breads rise the class will be working on an appetizer and entree to go with our delicious breads.
Italian Wedding soup, Pasta Fagioli, Zuppa Toscana with Italian Salad and yummy garlic bread
Corned beef and cabbage sliders, Shepherds pie, Irish soda bread and Baileys dessert.
Homemade pasta to make Cacio e Peppe, lasagna and ravioli with special sauces, meats, spinach and homemade ricotta cheese. We make homemade red sauce and white sauce and stuffings for the ravioli. This is a hands on class where we make the food, eat the food and take home the recipes.
In this class we will bake gf cookies, muffins, breads, and make cauliflower pizza. Each class is hands on and recipes are given out at the end of class.
Curries, pad thai, Minced chicken lettuce cups, pork fried rice.
Homemade salsa, NM green chile chicken Enchiladas, Spanish rice, calabacits.
Lentils, olives, capers, veggies, tons of spices and fresh herbs used in this class. Its tasty and good and all healthy vegetarian.
This is the second fish class and you don't have to have taken the first fish class. Salmon En papillote, seasoned trout fillet, fish and chips all will be cooked in this class.
