This is a great class for all those who are busy and want good food a little clean up. We will be working with chicken, vegetables, fish and pork in this class. Something for everyone!

This a wonderful tasty class of seasonal product to produce autumn salads and soups. We will be using squashes, apples, Italian sausage, pumpkins, butternut squash! The list is endless! Come hungry. Probably throw in some Sweet potato biscuits too!
This class has curries, spring rolls with homemade dipping sauce, pad thai. Something for everyone.
Gingerbread cookies bake and decorated, Cherry almond Rugelach cookies, White chocolate chip cookies and a few more! A light dinner will be served before the sugar high.
Making red chile, green chile chicken,red chile pork and vegetarian tamales, posole and bischocitos. This is a fantastic class! come hungry! This class is only offered during Christmas.
We will be baking holiday cookies to eat and take home in this class. Kids have to be at least 10 years old in this class. You can drop off kids and pick them up at noon.
In this class we will make a variety of holiday appetizers that don't take a lot of work but are delicious. We will us puff pastry, variety of cheeses and meats and dips. Not your traditional dips and chips class! Come hungry.
