This is a class for parents and their kids. We will be working in teams in making a wonderful dinner from appetizers to dessert! This is really a fun class! The price reflects amount for two people.
Dutch Apple Bread, Zucchini chocolate chip bread, lemon blueberry pound cake, cheddar soda bread. A lite dinner will be served before the sugar high.
In this class we will learn green Chile sauce and make green chile chicken enchiladas, homemade salsa and chips, green Spanish rice, calabacitas con leche, flour tortillas. Both classes are delicious with NM cuisine at its finest.
We will make our own flour mixes for sweet and savory baking. We will bake cookies, muffins, pie crusts and a cake! All hands on and all delicious!
In this class we will be making fried rice, egg rolls and orange chicken.
