This is a class for all who want to start with the basics and go deeper. We will learn knife skills, how to manage your time to read recipes, how to pick pans and knives. We cover cooking with poultry, meats, veggies, herbs, sauces and more. You will meet every Tuesday evening and be with the same people in class for six weeks. You will have a folder of recipes when you walk out the door each evening.
