Six week cooking class

This is a six week cooking class that starts with the basics and builds on. In this class you will learn knife skills, time management in putting a meal together. You will learn about spices and herbs, sauces, baking, roasting, poaching, sauteing and braising food. We will work with meats, poultry, fish, and veggies. This is a hands on class with recipes after each class to take home. This is a great class for those who want to learn how to cook better!
