Six Week Class-Feb.27th-FULL

This is the first of six week cooking class. We will meet for six consecutive Tuesday nights. Jan. 31st, Feb. 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th, March 5th.
We will work on cooking techniques, time management of recipes, and proper knife skills. We will have several recipes each evening where we will make the food on an all hands on class. At the end of each class you will eat the food prepared in class and have the recipes for each class to take home.
