Kids Cooking Camp one 17th-20th ages 13-16

This is a hands on class. The students will work with knives. They will learn how to hold a knife, sharpen a knife and use various methods of cutting with knives. They will learn about different foods from different countries and then cook the food. We will explore French, Italian, Asian, American and NM cuisine. They will make the food, eat the food and take home recipes to try with their families each day.
