Baking in February
10004 4th Street, NW, in Albuquerque
Most of our classes are hands on but are baking classes are some hands on and some technique. In this class we will be baking a Strawberry cream cake, a Double Chocolate Pavlova cake with whipped cream and mascarpone cheese with raspberries and a French Apple cake. All classes have printed recipes to take home and a light dinner will be provided before the sugar high.
